Pooja is a Process EIT at Laporte Engineering with an M.Eng in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a B.Tech in Bioengineering from India. She supports end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, agri-food, and bio-industrial sectors, with prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance. Pooja also volunteers with non-profit based in Toronto and mentors international students in professional career consulting.
Vidisha is a Glasgow based Data Engineer at Barclays with an MSc in Data Science and AI from the University of Liverpool. Formerly a Data Analyst at Aon, she specializes in building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and secure cloud solutions. Her non-linear journey from Biotechnology to an MBA to Data Science gives her a unique perspective in mentoring students on resume building, interview preparation, and career growth.

Neha Lohar is a Quality Control Specialist at Biopathogenix LLC with an M.S. in Microbiology and Immunology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology. She validates diagnostic kits, builds regulatory-compliant quality systems, and ensures product quality for medical devices and has worked previously as a Lab Manager at Harvard Medical School. Beyond work, she volunteers in community service and mentors international students.
